Fill out the form with your date and venue. We reply within two hours during business days.
A short phone or video call. We talk through your timeline, your priorities, and how we'd cover your day.
We send a simple contract and a 30% retainer. The date holds the minute both are returned.
Two weeks out, your photographer reviews the venue, the timeline, and any requests. Engagement sessions land 2 to 4 months ahead.
Your photographer arrives early, stays calm, and moves with the rhythm of your celebration. Quiet, observant, never in the way.
Within four weeks, a private gallery with every image individually edited. Full resolution, downloadable, yours to keep.
Within two hours during normal business days, and always within twenty-four. If it has been longer, email us directly at contact@utahphotoco.com.
You'll get a personal reply with availability for your date, then a short consult so we can make sure we're the right fit. If we are, we send a proposal with a contract and a 30% retainer to hold your date.
Beyond the standard 30% retainer and the balance two weeks before your wedding, our checkout supports Klarna and Affirm. They handle the installments and approval directly.
Yes. Most couples book a package first and add more of the day, a second photographer, an engagement or bridal session, or an album as the timeline takes shape. We send a simple add-on invoice whenever you're ready.
We'll tell you in our first reply. If we can't make your date, we'll often point you toward a photographer we trust who can.
The retainer reserves your date and is non-refundable. The full terms are in our agreement, and we walk through them with you before anything is signed.
