30% holds your date. The rest is due two weeks before the wedding. Card, ACH, or check. Or split into monthly payments through Affirm or Klarna.

We shoot rain or shine. If your venue does not have a backup, we help you build one before the day.

You do. From delivery, the photos are yours to print, share, and post. We hold onto a few favorites for our own portfolio.

How quickly will you respond? +

Within a few hours during normal business days, and always within twenty-four. If it has been longer, email us directly at contact@utahphotoco.com.

What happens after we send the form? +

You'll get a personal reply with availability for your date, then a short consult so we can make sure we're the right fit. If we are, we send a proposal with a contract and a 30% retainer to hold your date.

Do you offer payment plans? +

Beyond the standard 30% retainer and the balance two weeks before your wedding, our checkout supports Klarna and Affirm. They handle the installments and approval directly.

Can we add hours, a second photographer, or upgrades later? +

Yes. Most couples lock in a collection first and add hours, a second photographer, or an album as the timeline takes shape. We send a simple add-on invoice whenever you're ready.

What if our date is not available? +

We'll tell you in our first reply. If we can't make your date, we'll often point you toward a photographer we trust who can.

Is the retainer refundable? +

The retainer reserves your date and is non-refundable. The full terms are in our agreement, and we walk through them with you before anything is signed.
